Air Asia Credit Shell

在白色情人节当天决定延后日本蜜月　
我在下午 4 时半寄了一封电邮到亚航客服中心　
要求取消两个星期后前往东京羽田机场的机票并全数退款　

结果收到回函的内容如下：

Dear Eunice,

Good day and thank you for writing in to us.

With regards to your request below, we would be able to offer you with 2 options with regards to your flight to Haneda.

The first option will be to reschedule your flight to a later date at no cost. However the revised/new travel dates has to be within 30 days from your original departure date.

The second option will be to cancel the booking and convert the fares paid into an Online Credit Shell. This credit then can be used to make new reservation on Air Asia or Air Asia X flights.

Below are some details on the usage of the credit shell:
1. Login to www.airasia.com with your login id and password. Place the booking as normal. The credit shell will be available for you to utilize upon reaching the payment page. If the amount is more than credit shell you may pay the balance with your credit card.

2. The balance left will be the amount for you to utilize on the following options:
• Make new bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage.
• Make changes to an existing bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage.

Lastly, kindly take note of the following:
• It is valid for 90 days.
• Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable.

It is applicable for AK, FD, QZ and D7 flights.
It is transferable to any family members or friends.

Please advise us on your next course of action and we will then do the needful at our end.

对于这样的回复　我的疑问是想知道　
全额是否可以分成好几次来用　毕竟日本的机票比较贵　
如果换成台湾香港澳门曼谷巴厘岛等国家　怎么可能一次性用完呢？

Yes, you may use the credit for as many bookings as you want. There is no limitation on the number of bookings as long as you have sufficient credit in your account.

其实　我打从心底还是很希望能够到日本完成蜜月　
所以和老公商量　如果情况可以的话　或许可以延后　
把春天赏樱改成秋天赏枫之旅　

因此再问清楚　如果现在订购十月份的机票　
万一情况仍然不允许的话　机票钱会再次被换成所谓的 credit 吗？

经过连续三天的沟通　
还是决定先把机票钱换成 credit 后再安排下一步吧　
结果今天早上收到电邮

As requested we have created the credit shell for all the bookings mentioned below:
1. FY7VGN ~ Total amount credit is MYR2, 794

The expiry date is 15th June 2011.

为了确认清楚　当然要上网查一查　
所以决定以订购原本要出发的日期来查询　
没想到原本两人只需 RM2794 的机票　现在总额是 RM4112　
好贵哦！ :(　

不过重点是付费的方式　
以往是以信用卡　现在多了一项 Credit Account　

好　机票已经成功确认被取消了　
但现在另一个问题是　我要如何在三个月内把这些 credit 花掉呢？　
不然 在 6 月 15 日后　这些 credit 就会无效　
换句话说　也就是把钱送给亚航而已　

好头疼　怎么办？　>.<"'
