We are afraid we would not be able to offer you the option of refunding the fares paid back into your account. The same offer of converting the fares paid into an Online Credit Shell will remain.
For your information we are currently looking at the refund options, but this is only for our guest that are directly impacted by the Earthquake and not for those who haven’t flown to Haneda.

还是实际些自己想想办法把那 2794 credit 花掉吧！
其实我该庆幸自己直接上网订日本的酒店 所以也已经取消预定 无任何手续费用
反而经由亚航订购机票加酒店配套的游客
目前也只能够获得机票以 credit 的方式退费 酒店的钱应该也是 “冻过水” 啦！
唉 总之下次要搭飞机的话 还是多存点钱搭马航吧！ >.<"'

就当破财挡灾，budget airline 就是这点不好。Gambate ~
